First Baptist Church is involved with many ministries, for many ages and interests. If you are interested in any of our ministries and would like more information, don't hesitate to email us with any questions you might have.

Come and enter into the Lord's presence during the praise and worship and be prepared to be challenged by a message from God's Word by our pastor. We celebrate the Lord's Table on the first Sunday of each month and there is a fully supervised nursery for all children under 3 years of age. A warm welcome awaits you!

At First Baptist Church Sunday School is a family affair. Learning, sharing, and building Godly principles in the lives of all ages. Children, Teen, and Adult classes are available.

Children between the ages of 3-8 are invited to the front early on in the Sunday morning service for a children's time with the pastor. Following his prayer, the children are led out to special time where they will hear a Bible story, do a craft, and sometimes enjoy a snack.

Our 7:00pm evening time on Sundays is a time to study God's Word together. Through prepared hand-outs and sharing together the Bible comes alive with insight and teaching.

BWF is a group of Baptist women committed to ministry among our own church family, our community & missions abroad. They meet the third Monday of each month with topics related to missions & other related interests.

Each Wednesday evening at 6:30pm we gather to pray for our world, our community, our church, and ourselves. This is a time for "rubber meets the road" intercession. There is no Bible study, no special music --- just prayer!

Our youth group provides an alternative environment where youth in our community can come to learn about Christianity. We use sports, music, and an input time to reach these kids. Check out our youth page.

The choir meets every Thursday at 7:00pm to practice for their Sunday morning ministry (September-June). In addition to the weekly anthem in the Sunday morning service, they may also perform a cantata at Christmas or Easter time. Anyone interested is welcome to join.

Currently there are 6 prayer teams which take turns on Sundays leading a prayer in the morning service, followed by meeting for prayer in a nearby room while the pastor brings his message. Anyone wishing to have prayer may go to the prayer room while they are there. Quarterly "prayer breakfasts" are also held for fellowship and encouragement.
